I have received dozens of requests for information about setting up booths or tables, selling merchandise, and helping out at the 9-12 Tea Party in St. Louis. Here’s some forms. Please fill these out to get involved.
Speakers and Performers:
If you’d like to recommend a speaker or performer, fill this out.
Volunteers:
We need lots of volunteers, before and during the 9-12 Weekend. Please consider signing up here.
Vendors, Groups, and Candidates:
If you’d like a table or booth to promote your organization, sell merchandise or food, etc., please fill out this form. Retail and organization space will be on the East side of Leonor K. Sullivan Blvd., just like Fair St. Louis.
3rd Sponsor Yourself on the Permit:
Very generous people are sponsoring this event, but they (and we) want to have gas in the tank to keep on rolling right through 2012 elections (and beyond). One way to make that happen is to sponsor yourself or yourself and others through this nifty form.
If you can’t make it to the Tea Party and you can’t find someone to come in your place, consider sponsoring someone. It’s a great way to support the organizations that are putting this on.
And, of course, we’re going to ask you to:
You have less than a month and a half (October 2) to register to vote. Don’t miss your chance to protect America.
We are less than 2 weeks away from the last major Tea Party event before the historic November 2 Election. St. Louis has been selected as the “Gateway to November.” We want to make our event a difference-maker in the mid-term election.
Will you help?
First, please tell everyone you know. Ask them to tell their friends, too. Ask them to check out the official event page: http://www.recyclegovernment.org/stlouis. Ask them to Like our facebook fan page and register on the event page. If they’re not getting our newsletter, tell them they can choose between Daily or Weekly (Monday a.m.) delivery.
Second, you can help cover the cost of this event by sponsoring yourself or others for just $3.
Third, you can help greatly by selling food or merchandise in a booth a table. Just fill out this form, and we’ll get in touch with you.
We are expecting a lot of folks from all over the country. I spoke to a woman from the South Florida Tea Party today. They’re coming. Folks from Texas, West Virginia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan have registered (at last look).
We have training, workshops, and more going on this weekend.
And the eyes of the nation will be on St. Louis.
Please help spread the word. Your personal invitation is the best marketing the Tea Party can get.
Thanks,
Bill
P.S. Call this one 3.5. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out this form. If you’ve already filled it out, we will be in touch with before next Monday.
Guest post by Chuck McNab of K & N Patriots

We will be dedicating our regular Saturday rally on September 11th strictly to honor the memory of the 3,000 Americans who lost their lives in the terrorist attack by Islamic extremists on our homeland on 9-11.
NOTE: THE PROGRAM WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 8:30AM
We are honored to have as guest speakers Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, St. Charles County Executive Steve Ehlmann, and Cynthia Davis, Chairman of the St. Charles County Republican Central Committee. Due to time constraints that day, the program will begin promptly at 8:30am. Please note that it will necessary to arrive no later than the 8:30 am start time in order to see/hear the entire program because our early speakers have obligations at other locations that morning. Other components of the program, including people that may meet with us later in the morning, are being coordinated and will be announced soon.
Due to the particular nature of this event we believe it would be inappropriate to overshadow it with protest signs and would greatly appreciate everyone bringing American flags and only signs expressing support for families and those connected with 9-11 who lost loved ones or were in some other way connected with 9-11 events. Please join us and bring family and friends to honor 9-11 victims and assure these people WE WILL NEVER FORGET.
