   It is so important that we work with in our local areas to bring about the change that is needed in our states and in this country.
   Alton IL T.E.A. is proud to say that we have 7 members that have “infiltrated” Madison Country and Jersey County in IL and there is more in Effingham, and all over IL.
   Alton T.E.A. has 4 that are now precinct committee people, 2 running for county board offices, and one running for Jersey County Sheriff. I was taken back last Wed when I went to our first meeting and was appointed for Precinct committee person. We had so many T.E.A. Party goers there that are doing something in the county it made me smile. I was not going to talk about the T.E.A. Party but was asked and it just went on and on. Amazing that the interest was so strong and the others seemed relieved to see new troops coming in. I am not sure they know what they are dealing with but…
   Our work has begun and we are proud of each member that said okay, let’s do this. Thanks for your tirless efforts to get people involved. We bought in hook, line, and sinker. Amazing results.
