Morning Rally
Representative Todd Akin will host (live via satellite) a Healthcare Forum at the St. Charles Convention Center beginning at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday. This event will set the tone for the day. It will begin a long, loud day of telling Obama and his Congressional myrmidons that we don’t want your socialism, we don’t want your lectures, and, frankly, we don’t want you in the Show Me state.
Congressman Akin tells me he hopes to have some Congressional stalwarts on hand to thank the people of Missouri’s 2nd District for their resolve in standing up to socialism in America. Be sure to get there early to secure your place inside. If you can’t make that, there’s more . . .
Evening Protests
The St. Louis Tea Party Coalition and many other groups will be at the Renaissance Grand Hotel at 800 Washington Ave. We’ll be there, beginning at 5:00 p.m., to disabuse the President, the Carnie family of hoodlums and crooks, and Senator Claire McCaskill of any notion that they might have that we want their brand of socialized medicine. Please join us.
If you are on our email list, you’ve received information about some of the activities planned for downtown Wednesday. This will be a major event. Please try to make it. More details by email later tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning.

Back when we were fighting a government takeover every night, you might have missed this important Beck episode. Please watch it before Wednesday. Consider that since this episode aired, ObamaCare’s popularity has PLUMMETED, yet Obama insists on SHOVING IT DOWN YOUR THROAT! He and his disciples booted Eric Massa (D-NY) out of the House of Representatives because Massa threatened to vote against Obama’s pet despotism project. Jim Hoft points out eloquently that Obama’s healthcare rhetoric matches Vladimir Lenin’s to a T.
Barack Obama wants to take America down a path certain to end in socialized medicine. Once again, it is UP TO US to apply the brakes. We control our destiny on Wednesday; he will control it if ObamaCare passes.
Bring your families. Bring you signs. Ask Why? Ask what business is it of his? Tell him Missouri doesn’t need his socialistic corruption. Tell Obama to keep his filthy hands off our healthcare.

President Obama will be at the St. Charles High School at around 3:00 p.m. Apparently, he wants to poison the minds of our kids.
REP. ERIC MASSA ON GLENN BECK TUESDAY: The congressman who has claims to have been booted out of Congress by Obama for opposing Cap and Trade and ObamaCare will on Glenn Beck’s television program (Fox News Channel) the entire hour Tuesday, March 9. This will be a GREAT WARM-UP for Wednesday’s showdown here in St. Louis.
Just spoke to Congressman Akin. He is sponsoring a Healthcare Rally at St. Charles Convention Center (map, directions, parking) to house Healthcare Rally at 10:00 Wednesday, March 10.
Congressman Akin want us to set a FREEDOM-LOVING TONE for President Obama’s visit to raise money for Claire McCaskill from limousine liberals.
Let’s fill the auditorium and parking lot. Send Obama the message: KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY HEALTHCARE!!!!

Mainstream media will NOT take notice of an evening protest. We need to be at the school where the media will be to get the message out Americans do NOT want this…what part of NO do you not understand Mr. President? Obama will have the school filled with hand-clapping supporters and that is the only message the media will report.
I plan on being at the town hall meeting at 10am and then I plan on going to the school…some people were talking on the radio about blocking the street to prevent Obama from reaching his destination stating desperate times calls for desperate measures….I remember people sitting on a highway in protest made the news so maybe that will get the media to recognize.
This is not a McCaskill fundraiser folks. The money is actually going to the Democrats Senatorial Campaign and then gets funneled to Robin Carnahan. She is afraid to be associated with Obama because Obama polls terribly in MO. Have you noticed how RC won’t come out of her bunker??? I hope there is a big counter rally Wednesday night….most of us have jobs during the day.

NDSCDSCC will get money, but I have to disagree with your statement that this is a Carnahan fundraiser. 24thstate.com has detailed where the money will go. To quote the Editor:The only person who will walk away with cash for sure is Claire McCaskill.
I also have to work during the day. If there is an evening demonstration of type, I might be able to make it.
What about outside the school too? It is fine to have something in the morning, but if they are not going to be there, I’m wondering if the impact will not be as strong? I’ll be there for the evening event.

The automated message i got and from students is…
St Charles High Students are to leave the school grounds no later than 11:30am and the school will be shut down along with the 1st Capital from Noon until 6pm. No student is to come back on campus.
Obama will be arriving at around 3pm and is to deliver the speech at 4pm.
Obama is still and has not stopped campaigning. In Pennsylvania he stated, “When is the Right Time for Healthcare reform?” I say, when it is the RIGHT KIND of Reform.We do not need a government takeover of our healthcare system. What they are pushing is about CONTROL. Both parties claim there are billions of dollars of waste and fraud in the system. I do not understand why the Government is not trying to stop the waste and fraud when it is already against the law. I am concerned about the direction this country is headed, so I will be there.
I’m not sure Robin Carnahan is very afraid of being linked with Obama. Rush Limbaugh said today that the ONLY people attending Obama’s speech Wednesday will be Russ and Robin Carnhan, Claire McCaskill, Jay Nixon, and the audience will be full of SEIU members rather than being open to the public.

Gateway Pundit had a post asking people to wear black on Wednesday– PLEASE DON’T! The Tea Party benefits from its grassroots, family-friendly orientation, but if people start showing up looking like extremist vigilantes all dressed in black, not only will they be easier targets, but average Americans will be much less sympathetic. Please bring your cameras and be mindful that the MSM is out to smear opposition to Obamacare. Also, watch out for thugs!

We have asked for some volunteers to take part in a very specific demonstration that will be only a part of the overall protest. I am sorry you feel so strongly about this, but we do not intend to yield.
To the many who’ve responded to our call for volunteers for the black shirt demonstration and for the larger “traditional” demonstration, thank you, so much. We need numbers. The press is hoping we don’t show up.

Media will be all over the School, that is where I plan to be. Is there already a meeting place set at/around the campus?
I live only a few blocks from the school, which my daughter attends. They have half a day tomorrow, and my understanding is that EVERYONE must be off the campus by noon. According to 97.1 this morning, this is all a sham to get the taxpayers to foot the bill to send him on this political junket for the fundraiser for Claire, under the guise of going to a public school for a talk first… A talk BY INVITATION ONLY… It was announced over the weekend and my daughter said they still had 10 tickets available Monday afternoon… my guess it’s like the inauguration where people bought tickets for a lottery…. then picked who they wanted to attend… yay!
Why in the world would he choose St. Charles High? Was he looking for possibly the most right-wing neighborhood in Missouri? So he could bus in his union buddies and preach to the choir and show the nation how even the conservative Missourians love his Healthcare? I wish I knew if there were protest areas designated near the school. This former member of the military (and therefore “Rightwing Extremist”) would like to peaceably demonstrate my displeasure with the current administration’s and Congress’s current policies and pushes for unprecedented, unwanted, and unconstitutional ‘mandates’ and unfettered spending sprees.
I would like to be there, but, unfortunately, I actually have to WORK while I still have a JOB (not one of those mystical stimulus jobs redefined in that Dec OMB memo M10-08). I may see if I can leave earlier than normal… If I can’t make it, I’d like to suggest some sign slogans…
