Missouri AG Challenged to Investigate Ben Nelson’s Bribe
Check this out.
Missouri Sovereignty Project has sent a letter to Missouri’s Attorney General, Chris Koster, asking for an investigation into the Constitutionality of Ben Nelson’s bribe.
Harry Reid used used a bribe to get Neb. Senator Ben Nelson to support the socialized medicine bill in the Senate before Christmas. The bribe requires Missourians and others to pay taxes on behalf of the state of Nebraska. Since tar-and-feathering went out of style, the only recourse left to the states damaged by Nelson and Reid is lawsuit.
South Carolina’s Attorney General, McMaster, has already launched such an investigation.
Here’s the full text of the message from the Sovereignty Project:
In a certified letter to Attorney General Chris Koster, the Missouri Sovereignty Project has called on Koster to join South Carolina’s Attorney General Henry McMaster in his investigation into the constitutionality of the so-called “Ben Nelson Provision” of the Senate Health Care bill now in reconciliation.

I was sorely disappointed a few days ago when the list of states filing suit didn’t include Missouri. I’ve sent an email today and will call him on Monday.
