….and be sure to watch the Senate vote this saturday who is in favor and who is not on the proposed government takeover of our healthcare. Specifically, see which way (OTC) Senator McCaskill votes.
I’m for government fixing the health care system. Do you remember that infant that was denied health insurance because it was chubby?
Your party had eight years to change the rules now they’re all about health reform but not what’s being done now. No industrialized democracy that adopted government guided health care has ever gone back to the ad hoc system they had previously. I think the Republicans are afraid the new system will be appreciated. I think you guys want to stop Medicare and Medicaid and want to stop unemployment insurance too, even though most of the people who lost their jobs recently lost their jobs through no fault of their own…
If you do hate what gets passed you will someday have the majority again. Fix what’s bad when you take over.
Everyone should have to have some insurance. My sister and her husband are self employed and make a lot of money. They don’t buy insurance. If either of them gets really sick won’t we be the ones paying for their care..?
