Obama’s Contempt for Rule of Law

If you think the rule of law means anything to Barack Obama, you’re wrong.

Latest case in point:  Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ). 

On Sunday, Kyl told ABC News that Congress should a) refuse to consider a second stimulus and b) repeal the first stimulus before it does any further damage to the economy.

The White House responded on Monday.  Four of Obama’s cabinet secretaries (Transportation, Agriculture, Housing and Urban Development, and Interior) issued signed letters warning Arizona’s governor that Kyl’s loose talk could cost Arizona a lot of money.

On the heals of Obama’s support for a Marxist dictator above the rule of law in Honduras, his long-held contempt for the US Constitution and its emphasis on “negative rights,” and his confiscation of General Motors, Citigroup, and other other businesses and banks, it’s safe to say that if America remains a republic, it’s of the banana variety.
